Cassidy Kuckenbecker from Environmental Initiatives speaking on identifying and eliminating sources of odors. Odor is part and parcel with many types of building claims. Lingering smoke odors, musty odors, deceased animals, and even undesired chemical odors from newly installed building materials are some of the common odors being addressed on projects. This presentation discusses strategies on identifyng where the odor is coming from and tactics to eliminate various odors. We will also discuss clues on whether a percieved odor is real or is a "ghost odor".
