John Gilewicz, P.E., CXLT, with Sedgwick, will present a case study highlighting an in-depth investigation of a workplace injury. The scene takes place on a barge, in the middle of a river, where 2 men were injured while operating a lift. Attendees will learn how the investigation identified the cause of the accident and its connection to workplace safety practices, employee training, and the claims investigation process.
