Eric Blankenheim is with Blankenheim Services, a safety, ergonomic and industrial therapy consulting firm he founded in 1996.

Eric has an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, both earned at UW Madison. He earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation in 1995 and the Certified Ergonomic Professional (CPE) designation in 2001. He has extensive experience with safety, ergonomic and therapy programs. Eric has special expertise in upper extremity vibration analysis and quantitative analysis of risk factors to assist both with causation and placement determinations and has received a U.S. patent for an inline tool adaptation.
